AllianceHub and HubSpot 🤝
Is AllianceHub integrated with HubSpot?
AllianceHub isn't integrated with HubSpot in the ways you're thinking — AllianceHub is HubSpot. It's built on HubSpot using the HubSpot tools, like drag and drop functionality, you already know how to use.
That means you're not sending deal or partner information outside HubSpot, and you're not relying on a disconnected CMS such as WordPress that requires integrations. Instead, everything is right there in HubSpot, including information about who has logged in and when, what sales resources they have accessed, and whether they are monitoring existing deals and registering new ones.
Why do I need HubSpot CMS Enterprise for AllianceHub?
AllianceHub relies on personalization made possible by HubSpot's private pages functionality, which is available only with CMS Enterprise. Not only is deal information commercially sensitive, but users must only be able to access information they are authorized for.
For AllianceHub, that means authorized partner sales reps can see deals they are linked to personally, and authorized partner administrators can see deals their company is linked to.
Do HubSpot chatbots and CTAs work on AllianceHub?
They sure do! One of the many advantages of AllianceHub is that it lets you leverage the full power of HubSpot, so functionality you've already mastered is right there at your fingertips.

Can we use our logo and favicon?
You absolutely can! AllianceHub will automatically grab the logo and favicon you have already loaded in your HubSpot settings, and use them.
Can we use our brand colors and fonts?
Every single part of AllianceHub can be customized so it looks like a completely seamless part of your brand environment, from your chosen font, to the size of your text, to the color and shape of your buttons, to the background color of your forms.
Once you have installed the AllianceHub theme, the theme editor makes it easy to customize every global element, as well as specifically edit dashboard elements so they look just the way you want them to.
What file types can we load as sales resources?
You can load pretty much any file type into HubSpot's media manager, and use it as a downloadable sales resource. Think powerpoint presentations, pdf brochures, word documents, among others. But that's not all.
You can also embed multimedia files into your sales resources, so your partners can consume them without downloading. That includes video files (various formats) and embedding presentations like Google slides.
For the most part, if you can imagine it, HubSpot can handle it.
Can we categorize our sales resources?
You sure can. AllianceHub lets you leverage HubSpot's powerful blog functionality to create sales resources that include tagging, as well as full control of layout and content. You can create as many tags as you like, and assign multiple relevant tags to sales content, then filter using the tags.
Can we purchase custom functionality?
