Creating the required HubSpot associations

AllianceHub requires two custom association labels — partner company and partner contact — to allow deals to be associated with the relevant channel partner company and partner sales rep.
Follow these steps to create the labels.
- In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the main navigation bar.
- In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Objects, then select Deals.
- Click the Associations tab.
- Click the orange Create association label button.
- In the right panel:
- Click the Objects you're associating dropdown menu, and select Deals-to-Companies.
- In the Association label field, enter Partner Company.
- Double check that the label's internal name is partner_company. Once the label is created, the internal name cannot be edited.
- At the bottom, click Create.
- Repeat step 4, and select Deals-to-Contacts.
- In the Association label field, enter Partner Contact.
- Double check that the label's internal name is partner_contact. Once the label is created, the internal name cannot be edited.
- Click Create.
